The Male Voice Choir Burlaka - Which became Homin, in Manchester, UK

Here are some tracks from a recently released CD from a Burlaka recording made around 1947. I recall this was a 78 rpm record with a red label - whose name I do not remember.
The photograph below is taken from a book by Jaroslav Pankiv published by the Veterans of the 1st Ukrainian Division of the UNA, Montreal, Canada.

If you would like to buy the whole CD, send email to mwmota@sprint.ca

It is based on his remeniscences entitled (translated) Rimini Ensemble "Burlaka" In my memory, Italy 1945-1947 and England 1947-1949.
If you have better photographs of this choir (this was scanned from the book above), please let me know - I would appreciate the opportunity to get them scanned and used for this website.
Send email to jurij (admin@cogentdesign.com).
